A NEW END-TO-END SOLUTION FOR NORWEGIAN CITIZENS
\nThales' case management system coordinates all steps of the citizen's application \u2013 from biometric capture to issuance and delivery to follow-up processing of the documents.<\/p>\n
The solution complies with the best practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regarding registration, document verification, identity verification and lifecycle management.<\/p>\n

Norwegian citizens can apply from home, book an appointment online, and register in the queue when visiting authorities.<\/p>\n
